Women’s Prayer Group – Feb 24th

Did you know that an estimated 54 million Americans suffer from some form of mental disorder in a given year? Even our saints suffered from mental illness! Sometimes we think that our canonized saints were never neurotic, never depressed, never mentally or emotionally ill. But the saints were wholly and truly human – just like we are – and many of them had serious mental problems and psychological sufferings. St. Benedict Joseph Labre was one of these and St. Dymphna’s father could be said to suffer from mental illness. On February 24 at 7:00 pm in the Chapel, the Women’s Prayer Group will ask the intercession of St. Dymphna and St. Benedict Joseph Labre for all who suffer from depression, anxiety and all mental illnesses, as well as those who care for them. Please join us! – All women are welcome! Questions? Click here to email Cathy Sullivan or call her at 216.849.5324
