Help us Build a Habitat for Humanity Home

Our parish has worked with Habitat for Humanity to build five homes.  In anticipation of our parish’s 50th anniversary in 2019 we will build another home in Mentor-on-the-Lake with the Lake -Geauga Habitat for Humanity. Many hands will be needed to help with the project in the coming weeks. This is a wonderful way for us to thank God for the beautiful parish home we have enjoyed for 50 years.
Ground Breaking ceremony was Sept 16th.

Volunteers are needed to provide lunch for workers

Volunteers are needed to prepare and serve lunch for 20 workers on Saturdays during the build. Lunches will be needed for the next few weeks during construction of the home. If you are able to help or have a group that would like to volunteer in this capacity please contact Maureen Kraizel at  440.255.0600 or click Mary’s name to email Mary Dunkel

Volunteers interested in helping with the construction of  this project must have attended a orientation session.

Many past volunteers on the Habitat projects have shared their skills, learned some new skills and tips that they can use to care for their own homes and made some new friends. Volunteers found this very rewarding.

Please pray for God’s blessings on this project.
